"The apartment is located at 110 St. Marks place between First ave and
Ave A, the apartment is number 14 on the fourth floor. The room for
rent is approximately 150 square feet and there is a common living
area with a kitchen. 
The cost will be $1450 monthly which includes all the included
utilities (water, heat), and the electricity/wireless internet
connection that I pay for in my name."
