[Fredslist] Proprietary Pharmacy Expert Needed

Gotham - Please consider this my first email after my sabbatical and as
an attorney in private practice (the party's over).
 
Anyway - a banking client is moving for the appointment of a Chapter 11
trustee of a proprietary pharmacy (located in NYC) that has retail,
hospital and CHHA clients.  The bank, obviously, has questions about
licensing, and operating the pharmacy under bankruptcy.
 
If someone knows of someone who can answer various regulatory questions
that will arise as a result of the potential bankruptcy - please have
them contact me.
