Happy Holidays Gothamites,

 

Can anyone refer me to a high up executive at Wells Fargo/America's
Servicing Company  regarding a mortgage in Huntington.  My cousin is going
through incredible difficulty having her name added to her mortgage because
Wells Fargo insists that her deceased husband also sign the document
(despite them having his death certificate on file).
