ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT:  This is a terrific family-owned firm that pays
well, treats its employees magnificently and offers paths to
professional growth.  Anyone who lands a job here will be very lucky
indeed.  My college-age children work there in the summers.  Run, don't
walk!

 

1) Manage corporate Credit Card acct Pay bills and allocate to
chargeback entities

2) Maintain GL Pay bills and deposit payments

3) Assist in monthly closings Print statements for Comptroller review

4) Prepare and assist in Compliance filings to include Tax Certiorari,
audited Financials, etc. Prepare compliance spreadsheets and fill out
forms.

5) Follow up for insurance certs for vendors and commercial tenants Make
calls and email tenants and vendors for deliverable documents

6) Assist in allocations 

7) Prepare, execute wire transfers 

8) Prepare 1099s and 1096s  

9) Calculate period interest payments on entity loans 

10) Assist in WC compliance audit 

11) Review/prepare Daily Balance Report 

12) Misc as assigned
