Does anyone have a contact at Toyota Credit Corp?  My car was a total loss caused by Superstorm Sandy (along with my home). When I got my car title, it stated there was lien on my car, despite the fact that there is none.  I have been speaking to every supervisor at Toyota Credit Corp for over 2 weeks now and every day the Release of Lien (for the lien I never had) is being faxed and mailed to me.  Without this piece of paper, I cannot get my insurance settlement and replace my car.  Short of going to the media, does anyone have a contact or suggestion for help.
