[Fredslist] Dia Beacon - Restaurant Suggestions?

Hello Gotham:


I'll be taking a day trip to visit Dia Beacon fir the first time.  Going by
Metro North.  Any suggestions for having lunch in the town of Beacon or any
interesting stores/galleries we should see in town before heading to the
museum?
