[Fredslist] Sublet office space

I share an office space in lower Manhattan, just east of City Hall.  
The lease has about 2.5 years remaining.
Starting December 1, 2012 I am looking to sublet my space in the office 
(3 offices, 4 cubicles, and one large room currently used for storage).
The office has some shared facilities: a kitchen and conference room.  
All offices are currently furnished, each office/workstation is wired
for high speed internet and each station has an internet based phone.

The firm with whom I share space is a technology sales/maintenance 
company.  They are great people.

I am looking to sublet all or part of the space because I am planning 
to merge with another accounting firm.
