[Fredslist] Newport, RI, Condo for the Newport Folk Festival

I have a two bedroom (and fold out couch, sleeps six) condo with water view, fully furnished, with outdoor and indoor heated pool, etc.  Walking distance to the Wharves.  Amenities are listed below.   The available week (July 27th through check out on August 3) coincides this year with the Newport Folk Festival starting on July 28.  Check it out at WellingtonResort.com.  If interested, let me know.  I am looking for $2500 for the week, which is significantly less than if you book the unit directly.  This is a great summer vacation location with great restaurants, beaches, Newport Mansions, walks, etc.
