[Fredslist] NYC Financial District Sublet?

Hi,
My nephew is starts his internship the end of May and it runs through the 10th or so of August. He's working in the Financial District and says he'll be working long hours, so hopes to minimize his commute. He is prepared to spend about $2,00/month himself, or share a place with a friend for something more expensive that he can share. He had a sublet arranged but it feel though at the last minute. Any suggestions?
