Anthony Verna is a partner at Kravitz & Verna LLC, a boutique law firm
that focuses on trademark, copyright, advertising and promotion law.
Anthony has a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve
University and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden.  Highlights in
Anthony's recent successes are defeating Sanofi-Aventis in the Trademark
Trial and Appeal Board, settling with Travelers Insurance for two
different clients in the TTAB, avoiding a trademark issue with Diageo
(Ciroc vodka and other brands), and a client was not sued after
receiving two cease-and-desist letters for copyright and trademark
infringement from the same third party but different law firms.
