[Fredslist] Friend seeking west side apartment share or sub-lease

Hi Gothamites, 

I have a good friend whom I've known for 25 years who suddenly needs to find
a new place to live in Manhattan.  She has to be out of her current
apartment on the Upper West Side by April 30th.  She is conscientious,
considerate, and travels a lot since she works in the field of TV/film
production, so she makes a great roommate or sub-lessee.

Below is a description of what she's looking for:

³My budget works for around $1,100/month  and Upper West Side preferred,
although would consider something from 34th Street and up.  I would like
either a small studio to live in alone and/or a roommate to share an
apartment with my own bedroom and bathroom (preferred).  Female preferred.
Non-smoker a must.  Elevator building with laundry on premises also
preferred.²
