Dear Tribe,

I am close to refinancing a commercial property I own and I am looking to keep my closing costs as low as possible.  The refi will be with Bank Of America.  I am looking for an attorney that is ALREADY pre-approved on their platform that would be willing to work for a reasonable fee.

Please email if you are already approved and what the fee would be to handle the closing.  The property is on Long Island.
