[Fredslist] Looking to Arizona attorney for a restraining order

A dear friend of mine who currently lives in France is being harassed by an
estranged friend in Arizona who is sending libelous emails to my friend's
employer and colleagues.  She is seeking to have a restraining order placed
against the estranged friend to prevent further, and perhaps more damaging,
