Good Afternoon Along the Network,

To all you stressed out Gotham members who didn't attend today's seminar, you missed a wonderful opportunity to learn techniques to manage in today's stressful environment. 
Gotham has much talent and we should all do our best to benefit. 

Dr. Elizabeth Greenberg (really hands on!) and Janet Sullivan lead a discussion and demonstrated techniques to manage stress. 

There was a lively interaction and much Gotham bonding. 

Kudos to Janet Adler for organizing everything. 

Thanks to KZR for hosting and providing drinks and coffee.
