[Fredslist] Need a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon and/or a Pediatric Neurosurgeon in NYC or Philly

A very close friend has a son that has a scoliosis issue.  Can anyone recommend both a pediatric orthopedic surgeon and/or a pediatric neurosurgeon in New York City or Philadelphia who specializes in the treatment and possible surgery for congenital scoliosis caused specifically by hemivertebrae (more specifically in both the thoracic and cervical spine)?
