My very good friend is looking to see if he has any options to keep his
ex wife from moving away with the kids (please see his note below). He
has been struggling w/economy & job hunting and now this too.  I am
hoping some tribal magic can help here...

Jim - As I mentioned to you on the phone, my ex-wife is planning to move
with the children from Long Island, NY to Ohio.  Our divorce was
finalized in Suffolk County resulting in joint custody with her as the
custodial parent (meaning they live with her).  I am against this move.
Do I have rights to block it?  Thanks.
