Thank You for offering to assist me in finding a new place to sublet...you're awesome! 


So, I'm a bit of a special needs case right now and creating space for a miracle :)


I'm looking to sublet a room from someone who is kind, clean, respectful and easy going....


I really can't afford too much right now as I've just moved back to the city and started a new job at New York Health and Racquet Club on 21st and Park....everything is really going great and I am confident I made the right choice......I kept my beach apartment in Margate, NJ....my rent there is $425.....I am paying $400 for the sublet I have now on the upper east side and would like to find something at this price point if possible....I also give Thai yoga Massage and often Barter for services, so I thought perhaps someone would be into receiving a massage or 2 a month if my price point was a bit lower than they wanted......the sublet I'm currently in is for 2 months ending around Nov 20th.....I'd love to find something for at least 6 months or longer....I'm planning on staying in NYC for a while and keeping my place in Margate, as I'd love to buy it one day :)


I bit about me:


I'm 32 years old, non-smoker, yoga teacher, personal fitness trainer, holistic health counselor, reiki practitioner, thai yoga massage practitioner and have a BA in psychology; I work for NYHRC and for myself in both nyc and south jersey.......I travel to NJ every 2 weeks for a couple days to see family, friends, and clients......I have a cat, who is staying with my roommate in jersey right now and I'd love to be able to bring him to the city......I'm easy going, fun, open-minded, energetic, clean, respectful, and in love with life :) I love to cook, write, paint, draw, and dance.....


Furnished is preferred, and I can make anything work so its not a priority.....
