Gothamites and the greater Gotham community,


First, I am proud to be part of this extraordinary community. Many of you have asked about my daughter, Ariel, and her struggle with late stage adrenal cancer. You share warm supportive thoughts and we are so grateful.  So here are some recent “Ariel” highlights:


1.     Ariel, the matchmaker – for many years, just heard that a couple she brought together officially announced their engagement to be married. Ariel is uplifted and delighted and continues to believe that bringing good karma to the world will come back (sound familiar?).


2.     She continues to blog about 3x/week. People are inspired by her blog and forward to others.  She’s heard from people around the world and others with cancer or difficult illnesses and a television reporter (gasp!)  who may profile her and adrenal cancer! 3.     Now for the request: Ariel, her friends and family ask you to share her blog because it will reach someone who will draw hope and strength from her stories.That is the best karma of all.  She has a real voice and wants to be share – help spread the word. Think of forwarding to five others who will enjoy the laughter and the honesty of such a resilient, courageous young woman.


4.     Her Nov. 16th big fundraiser at INC lounge, Time Hotel, is growing by leaps and bounds.  She is struggling to keep her white platelet count high enough make a brief appearance (won’t know if she can until last minute, but she REALLY wants to!).  Everyone is invited – seeing all that support will fill her with such energy!!  Details about the event and if you can’t go but want to contribute go to:
