[Fredslist] Looking for a hungry speech/diction/voice coach

I seek the services of an individual who can, in short order, work with and 
 change the speech/diction of a lovely young teenaged woman. She speaks 
with the  accent of someone who has been raised by uneducated Caucasian parents 
and  although she is as smart as a whip, it will always hold her back.
 
When I say hungry, I mean hungry. I will be paying for this service, and  
she is not related to me, so I require a not-for-profit, deeply discounted 
rate  from someone who cares about inner city kids and public education.
