Scratch Baking, a Downtown Milford, CT artisanal bakery, is looking for a
full-time morning baker. 

The position is available now and the hours would be from 3 am to 11 am
Wednesday through Sunday for the production of high-quality, but modest
volumes of breads, doughs, and pastries. 

We are a small, energetic group of culinary professionals looking for a
baker that is ready to work hard and work together as a team. Please contact

And yes, that does say 3 am to 11 am. Those are Bakers Hours, not Bankers
Hours!        

Scratch Baking is right next to the railroad station in Milford, so this is
an easy commute for those along the Metro-North corridor from Grand Central
Station to New Haven and the Shoreline. Wonderful people, friendly fun
environment, great opportunity. This is a permanent position - not just a
