A Gotham Mentor Partnership Program - To Make a Long Short Short

What kind of a match could this be?  

A medical professional needs help developing a program to market a new
service.  A small business owner, while not in the medical profession, has
experience and ideas to help the medical professional.  The small business
owner pushes the medical professional to do specific research, be
