[Fredslist] Vacation Benefs Question

I have a question for Gothamites either working at, or owning sm
businesses w/less than 10 employees.
 
Re Vacation Time, do you give employees who have say, more than 6 years
of service increased vacation time?  EG, if two weeks is standard, when
a person reaches a 6th anniversary, or other anniversary, do they get
addl paid time off?  Please let me know your experiences.  This is
typical of large companies, I don't know if it is for small companies.
