[Fredslist] HANDYMAN NEEDED

This Gotham newbie keeps hearing about all the Gotham magic....
Please show it to me with a recommendation for a great handyman who does it all: plumbing, carpentry, etc. who works in Manhattan and will do apartment repairs/fix-ups.  If you don't know of anyone, but have a magic wand that you can wave over my running toilet and other broken things feel free to wave away.
