[Fredslist] Entrepreneur looking for his next opportunity

My very, very good friend is a successful entrepreneur who has owned,
developed and managed real estate and a variety of
restaurant/entertainment facilities.  He is currently looking for his
next opportunity and is open to exploring a variety of options.  He's a
great guy, very smart and trustworthy with very strong project and
people management skills.  Ideally, he would like to develop and run a
business for someone that has purchased a "turnaround" situation.
