As always, thank you to everyone who responded to my email last week for
finding commercial space
for our NYC Green Building Center.

As part of our Fredslist posting, we have been approached by another party
that might want to partner with us in which case we would have larger space
requirements.  This partner may also want to purchase a building.  We need
to determine our relationship with this prospective partner before we can
move forward with a clear plan.  We will be back in touch with all who
responded as soon as we have this issue resolved.
