I also echo sentiments expressed by Gotham Towers new member, Amparo 
Connors of Allied Employment. David (as well as Amparo), besides both 
being Gotham members, sit on a board of directors that I preside over. As 
president of the Health & Business Alliance, and on behalf of the board, I 
wish to congratulate David on this terrific honor as being named as one of 
 the top attorney's on Long Island. His work in the area of dispute 
resolution, arbitration and mediation has benefiited thousands of clients 
over the years. Whenever I come across of a business conflict or family 
disconnect, David has positioned himself in my mind as the premiere, "go 
to guy" in this area. From a branding perspective he has dominated this 
domain. From a client's perspective, he has developed his ability to lead 
"care-frontational" meetings that lead to conflicts being solved and 
businesses saved oftentimes at a fraction of the cost of what a full blown 
litigation would have resulted in.
