I have a lovely and very convenient 2 Full Bedroom (with a sofa bed in the living area so the unit sleeps up to 6 adults) and two full baths, laundry room, kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, condominium unit in Newport Rhode, Island, within walking distance to the wharves.  Great water view as the unit is on the top floor of the Building facing the water.    The facility  has an outdoor pool area, an indoor pool, bar-b-que, four tennis courts, etc.  The amenities can be seen at www.wellingtonresort.com<http://www.wellingtonresort.com>.  Unit has all you need for a week, including linens, kitchen items, etc.  It includes flat screen tv, wireless internet (no charge); sauna tub, etc.  There is an exercise room, sauna, etc.  This is a great location for walking to the wharves and to some outstanding restaurants.  It is really easy and convenient for biking, visiting the mansions, beaches, etc.  Unit also has parking for a vehicle.

The unit is available for a week starting in the afternoon of Friday, July 29, 2011 through check out on Friday, August 5, 2011.  I have in the past rented the week for $3500 but in view of the limited advance timing, I am looking to rent for $2800.
