[Fredslist] Inexpensive space needed for party

Dear Gotham,
 
Hello! I am looking for a space in Manhattan that will hold 40-50 people for a party. It would be great if it is a beautiful space with a kitchen so I can bring in my own food and beverages. Also, it is important it has an elevator or only 12 stairs. Can anyone direct me to a contact they have? I sincerely appreciate your efforts.
