Do you know someone in the real estate industry who is looking to expand their entrepreneurial skills as well as their own book of business. BARAK Realty, serving the residential real estate markets in New York's East and West sides  is looking to expand its rental division and is seeking a highly experienced real estate agent or manager with the skills to build, grow and lead the division.

Responsibilities include:

*         Ability to create and implement a business plan. marketing and sales plan for Barak Realty's rental business

*         Evaluate existing operational processes in relation to the Company's rental business, make recommendations and implement new processes

*         Posses and cultivate stronger relationships with major landlords and other rental connectors

*         Ensure the rental division is targeting the right residential renters so that the right deals can be closed.

*         Recruit, train and mentor agents for rental division

*         Proven record of finding and closing rental deals. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of rental, ability to negotiate with both tenants and landlords (management) as well as  draw up real estate contracts.

*         Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and organizational skills a must
