[Fredslist] waterford crystal contact

Hi along the network,
 
   Does anyone know how to contact Waterford Crystal?  I've  googled it and 
gotten numerous sites, several claiming to be official, and  written emails 
on a few to find out how to replace a small clock insert - but no  one 
responds.  I'd think there are one or more responsible NYC  businesses who are 
Waterford dealers and could help.  Local or not, any  reliable lead 
appreciated.  Thanks very much for any suggestions!
