[Fredslist] Health Insurance Plans

I'm sure I will find the right answer here...does anyone have any opinion of/experience with Emblem Health Insurance in NYC?  Doctor network?  Hospital affiliations?  Any other suggestions to bring my individual plan within some sort of reasonable range? I have Oxford, it's going way up - I am/have been/hope to be healthy but am unfamiliar with Emblem.  I like to feel I'm covered in an emergency, but don't know if the high Oxford premiums are the answer.
