[Fredslist] Teen Dresses

OK - - all you Moms and Dads out there - - I'm taking my niece (daughter of Gotham's esteemed Josh Zinder) shopping in NYC for her Bat Mitzvah dress next week and I don't know where we should go.  

She is really too small to go shopping in an adult boutique for a size 0 or 2.

The past 2 times I went with her sisters Lester's had a very small selection - - and Bloomies was just disappointing.  Suggestions PLEASE!  Boutiques are preferred.
