Biller:  Experience is key, tenure, leadership skills, ability to self manage. Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail. $40K  
 
Biller/Coder: Experience in field, minimum of 3 years.  Must be certified/licensed in coding. Experience with Insurance carriers, strong follow up skills, excellent communication is key.  $55K 
 
Credentialing Coordinator: Coordinate all aspects of medical staff, credentialing based on the Joint Commission and state rules (JCAHO) carry out all primary source verifications, education, competence, licensure, board certification, malpractice. Review files for completeness, set up credentialing.  Maintain internal file, maintain managed care grids. Sign up for health plans web portal access.  Review, address and file healthcare insurer’s correspondence and contact documentation.  Request and complete hospital credentialing.  Assist billing department. $45K - $55K 
 
Supervisor of Billing: Lead by example. Minimum 5 years experience, good leadership skills, experience as a manager, supervisor is key.  $60K - $65K 
 
Medicaid Entitlement Coordinator: Reviews and completes applications submitted to city/welfare. Must have processing Medicaid experience.  Management skills is  a huge plus.  Individual will lead by example.  
 
Billing Manager Nursing Home: Must have nursing home experience, position is vacant due to former employee passing away, maintained position for 20 years – not an easy fill.  Looking for experience with providers of both commercial and management plans, handling new contracts, reviewing licensing, backgrounds and overseeing staff.  $70K - $75K
