We have our Nueva Vallarta Mexico timeshare available to rent. We have been going there for 14 years or so and love it more and more each time we go back there.
 
It is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with jacuzzi), 3 kitchens, incredibly beautiful at an incredible price of $1600.00. The usual daily rate for this penthouse is $ 315.00- $450.00 rate. There is generally 2 king size bedrooms and then the other bedroom has two double beds. Two of the bedrooms could have two double beds, sometimes it changes. This will sleep 6-9 persons very comfortable. Currently I have booked 5.21-5.29, 8 nights for this year. If you cannot make your trip at this time, I could see if I could change it to September this year for you. If you can use 5.21-5.29 it is already ready and waiting for you. All I would need to do is put your name on the reservation. You will feel like you are living the life of the rich and famous.
 
The space is bordered with an outside L shaped balcony with an incredible unlimited view of both the marina and ocean , chairs for 12-16 people, an outdoor breakfast table and wet bar, barbecue and a jacuzzi hot tub ( totally private outside) . Attached is an aerial view of the two buildings and grounds that make up Paradise Village.
