[Fredslist] Referral to Gotham members whose profession is Professional Engineer or Registered Architect and a NYC licensed Master Plumber

A Bronx building needs a backflow prevention device in order to prevent
backflow from within the premises to the public water supply system.  We
need a referral to either a Professional Engineer or Registered
Architect to file a plan and, once approved, a NYC licensed Master
Plumber to install the device.
