[Fredslist] Free or reasonable rate on midtown office or conference room

Can anyone make a suggestion of a service provider or a company that will rent us a clean, comfortable, contemporary small room suitable for 2-3 people to conduct an interview?  Space would be needed in spurts-1-2 days a week, and then maybe not for another week or so.  Or just 2 hours a week. It varies and is unpredictable.

We have been using hotel bars like the Peninsula, or the new hotel lounge on the water near the WTC, the lounge at the W on Lexington, or the cafe at MoMA at off hours. Many times these places are fine, not full and not noisy, but then again they are.  We cannot predict.  We will not need any office equipment. Just 2-3 chairs and a table.
