Mentor Master Mind Tip

Stress Busters to help you and your Gotham Mentor Partner:

1. Do to difficult tasks first- Do the hardest things first especially if
you are one who procrastinates. You will find if you tackle the project
immediately you will get better results!

2. Listen to your body- If you are a morning person then do your most
difficult tasks in the morning to ensure they are completed. Use your most
productive time when it is best for you to maximize results.

3. Work on energizing tasks- Have a routine of activities that give you
energy rather than deplete it.

4. Exercise- Get out of your work area and up out of the chair often to get
that blood circulating to keep your mind active.

5. Get outside- Quick breaks help relax the mind and prepare it once again
for work. Be aware of your breathe and relax into the moment.
