[Fredslist] a big thank you to Rona Gura and friends

This morning I rode the circuit to the new South Shore group which Rona ran
today in Ester's absence.  I felt very welcome by everyone and made some new
acquaintances.  I strongly suggest if you want to ride the circuit you give
them a visit.
