Greetings,  friends of merry millinery!

Exciting  things are happening, thanks to an unlikely  hook-up between the 
Internet and the hair  net.  I am thrilled to announce that I am  
participating in an on-line hat design  contest.  How much fun is that!  My  dear 
friend Susan at the Bard Graduate Center  alerted me to this contest in 
conjunction with  their upcoming show Hats:  An Anthology by  Stephen Jones.

Mr. Jones is a well known  British milliner who has designed hats for rock  
stars and royalty, as well as fashion designers  Vivienne Westwood, Claude 
Montana, Thierry  Mugler and Jean-Paul Gaultier, to name a  few.  I would 
love your assistance in  getting into the top 10.  But better yet,  here's the 
award for best hat:  an  internship with Mr. Jones.  Now isn’t that  just 
what I need? 
I think  so!
