Good morning Gotham,

Our NY Womens Group meets on Tuesday, 9/28 for lunch at the Friars Club.
If you have not visited yet with us (and even if you have), you won't want
to miss this meeting.

NY Womens Member, Sherri Lydell, will be speaking about "Warning Signs,
Pitfalls and Mistakes When a Business is in Trouble and Tips on How to
Survive." Sherri is a partner at the law firm of Platzer, Swergold,
Karlin, Levine, Goldberg & Jaslow LLP and her practice concentration is
corporate restructuring representing corporate debtors, secured creditors,
individual creditors, parties acquiring assets in bankruptcy proceedings,
out of court restructuring of debt and bankruptcy related litigation. With
Sherri's experience, we are looking forward to hearing her perspectives.
Particularly in light of the challenging economy we have been experiencing,
this is a presentation that business owners, managers and advisors will not
want to miss.

If you would like to attend, please contact our Group Coordinator, Andrea
Hauptman (ahauptman at finsvcs.com) to clear any conflicts. We look forward
to seeing you on 9/28.
