And I would like to add that it afforded me the opportunity to see Ellin and other “old” friends. Nice new doo, El!

Walked away with three potentials connections for an animation client from Moscow looking to partner with American studios and the like.

Also a request from a Gotham/Friars exec to have the MTA get the F train up escalator working during the day. Alright, that will take awhile longer. J

Where else can you get this but at Gotham?

Yesterday I attended a fabulous joint meeting between my group (Marketing and Communications) and Bandit Too. I have to say this was one of the best Gotham meetings I've been to. It afforded two groups to be with their usual "band of suspects," while presenting an opportunity to meet an entirely different group of Gothamites. This speaks directly to what Debbie Lindner expressed concerning the benefits of riding the circuit.

For me, yesterday was a "win/win" situation. I got to see my fellow M&C colleagues AND ride the circuit, all in one afternoon. Sort of like being in two places at once!

I'd love to see 3 or 4 of these a year, bringing different groups together in an environment that is conducive to conversation and listening!

Thank you Bambe, Fred, and Larry Solomon for arranging such an effective and enjoyable meeting!

All best,

Ellin
