Dear Tribe:

I would greatly appreciate a recommendation for a top notch Manhattan ENT 
specialist.  I have a deviated septum and have had surgery to try to correct it 
two different times. The first surgery I had was performed about 30 years ago 
and the second about 10 years ago. I am still having trouble breathing out of my 
nose and have scar tissue. I expect I will need surgery again to correct the 
problem and really need the best surgeon who can make me right. I really would 
like this to be the last time I have surgery on my nose to correct this problem.
