[Fredslist] Referral for Family Law Attorney in Chenango County

Gothamites,

A my colleague has a friend that is in a custody dispute in Norwich, New York (Chenango County) that is in need of some legal advice.  Essentially, the friend/mother has primary custody of her grammar-school aged child who is somewhat autistic, and the father has brought a proceeding seeking full custody.  The mother has limited means and is using a court-appointed attorney, but she is not satisfied with how the case is being handled.  She would like to speak to a private attorney to get some advice on how to proceed/what she can do/what her concerns are.

Can anyone recommend a family law attorney in that area?  Even better, does anyone know a firm in that area that might handle a case like this pro bono?
