A friend with a small PR firm is looking for shared office space on the UWS, 60th - 70th Sts preferred.  If you know of anything, let me know please.
 
Alnd, my family's favorite gym instructor, and a favorite of parents on the UWS for many years, Rudy, is looking for a new space for his gym program - it can be in a temple or church, other inexpensive facility (he tries to make his classes affordable in order to reach as many children as possible).  If you know of anything, you may contact either me or him at rudy at lifesportgym.com (also check out his website, same name).  Very good person!
