[Fredslist] Capital investment loan

A client is looking for a capital investment loan on two buildings that will
become medical space.

One is located in Brooklyn. The other is located in Bronx.  Can anyone
recommend an org that would be interested in this type of arrangement. I
understand that

This type of loan is not easy anymore.  However they are being made with the
