[Fredslist] FRIEND IN Seeking MORTGAGE LOAN MODIFICATION for those current in payments

Does anyone have good information for those of us who seek loan
modifications but are current with payments. We want to lower the interest
rate without huge closing costs and without ruing a good credit rating. Any
ideas?
