New York City is a big place. How many million? But Joel can make the 
inaccessible, accessible. And his sense of time and place is perfect.

Want proof? Last Tuesday, I was in the city for a very important meeting. The 
meeting went beautifully, and as I left, I wished I had someone right there that 
I could share it with . . . .And voilá! There was Joel, walking down the street 
with a warm smile and a big hug. How does he do that ??????

In Gotham, we're very fortunate to have access to Joel, who can navigate through 
this big, wonderful city with just a few, well-placed phone calls. And a big hug 
isn't so bad, either!
