[Fredslist] Dental Care - Change of Request =)

Okay, I might be going about this the wrong way.  Maybe I should work in
reverse.  Does anyone have any recommendations for Dentists who are on the
East Side of Manhattan?  I can then see what Insurance they take....and work
that way.
