[Fredslist] Rehabilitation Care Facility in Nassau

My wife's father is in St. Francis hospital and one of his issues is trouble
walking. His doctors are suggesting that he receive rehabilitation care to
strengthen his legs. We are familiar with Glen Gariff in Glen Cove and North
Shore's rehabilitation facility. Apparently when the hospital is ready to
discharge him the decision on the location for the care may have to be made
quickly and not every place will have opening when he is ready to be
discharged

Does anyone have any suggestions about any other places we should look into
so the we are prepared.
