[Fredslist] media/PR/communications consultant needed

We have a client who is likely going to be opening a second location  
next year near Jim Thorpe, Pa. We are looking to partner with a media/ 
PR/communications consultant who knows the media landscape and has  
solid relationships with reporters, editors, broadcast journalists,  
etc in the greater Poconos market, including NYC and Philly.

Ideally this person would be based near Jim Thorpe, but have contacts  
throughout the region. A small (one- or two-person) shop would  
probably be best. Maybe a former journalist, or someone who's been  
working in PR/advertising for a while.

Experience with travel/tourism and outdoor recreation would be great  
(but not essential), and that engagement likely will begin later this  
month, and could last up to 9 months.
